President Trump escalated his war of words with “Crazy Joe Biden” Thursday, after the former Vice President threatened to “beat the hell” out of the Commander-in-Chief during a recent speech.
“If we were in high school, I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him,” said Biden during an appearance this week; referring to Trump as the “ugliest S.O.B. in the room.”
The President struck back on social media early Thursday morning, saying the former Vice President was “trying to act like a tough guy” but is “weak both mentally and physically.”
“Crazy Joe Biden is trying to act like a tough guy. Actually, he is weak, both mentally and physically, and yet he threatens me, for the second time, with physical assault. He doesn’t know me, but he would go down fast and hard, crying all the way. Don’t threaten people Joe!” Trump tweeted.

The President’s comments come as leading Democrats urge Biden to throw his hat in the ring for a possible 2020 presidential bid; hoping the moderate Democrat can appeal to voters in pivotal, rust-belt swing states.
