Silvester Wells of Ruckersville was found guilty in Greene County Circuit Court in April. On Friday May 6th, Wells was sentenced to 23 years of active incarceration. This came after a December 2020 arrest by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit along with Jefferson Area Drug Enforcement Task Force (JADE). They executed a narcotics search warrant in the Ruckersville area of Greene County and as a result, Wells was taken into custody
As a result of the search warrant over two pounds of Crystal Methamphetamine and approximately $11,000 were seized.
