Breaking: ‘Shopping Cart Killer’ is in custody

A serial killer dubbed the "Shopping Cart Killer" was identified by authorities after four bodies were found in Virginia. As of Friday afternoon, D.C. resident Anthony Robinson, 35, identified as a suspect by Fairfax County police, is in custody according to FOX 5 in DC after police had linked him to the bodies of several women found dead across the state, including two found in Harrisonburg in November.
