Two JMU Lacrosse Seniors Set for All-Stars

Two of the JMU women's lacrosse team player have been selected to compete in the Division I All-Star Game. Josie Pell and Jordan Peterson were two of 48 senior players recognized as the women's top Division I lacrosse players nationally.

While JMU's most notable athletic program is their football team, who appeared in the college football playoffs just this past year, it is incredible to see other sports teams thriving, as well as representation for the female teams on campus.

Josie Pell was one of the team captains for her 2026 season and started every game this season. She contributed several assists, and nine goals.

Jordan Peterson also started in all of the games this season and contributed to several goals and other assists.

The All-Star Game will take place in Sparks, MD, hosted at Tierney Field which is located at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters. It is scheduled for 12:30 pm, and will be an exciting watch.
