2025 Great Community Give raises $2.2 million+ for local nonprofits

Staff and volunteers at Healthy Community Health Centers (HCHC) are especially thankful for the success of this year’s fundraiser.

“With so much uncertainty surrounding healthcare right now, our patients are feeling anxious about the future,” said HCHC Executive Director Natalie Bass. “Events like this help us continue offering care and bring a sense of comfort to the people we serve.”

The fundraiser hit a major milestone Thursday morning, reaching $800,000 for this year alone—bringing the event’s eight-year total to $10 million. With just 45 minutes left before the end of the fundraiser, the Great Community Give hit its $2 million goal. By the 8 p.m. deadline, the final total reached $2.2 million.

Revlan Hill, executive director of The Community Foundation, said she was proud of the local community for stepping up to support area nonprofits.

“It really shows how much a community can accomplish when it comes together,” Hill said. “Even in tough times, people continue to be generous. Isn’t today just incredible?”
