The Northern Virginia Jury ruled in favor of Johnny Depp in his libel lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard. The jury awarded Depp a total of $15,000,000 in the case in both compensatory and punative damages
The jury also ruled in favor of Heard, who said she was defamed by Depp's lawyer when he called her abuse allegations a hoax. She wins $2,000,000 in compensatory damages and $0 in punative damages.
