A man in Sandy, Utah is being cited after he drove a truck into a home. Tuesday, Lucy Curtis was making a quilt for Ukrainian relief when she saw a work truck zoom past her window, crash through her yard and into her garage. Then it barreled into a second home.
The driver told police he was watching a YouTube video on his cell phone and failed to navigate a turn. No one inside the house was injured, but the truck driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The owner of the work truck is stunned, since workers are not allowed to touch their phones while driving.
