According to published reports, The Regal Cinema's for 381 University Blvd Harrisonburg has been terminated by its owner, Armada Hoffler Properties due to default by Regal. Armada Hoffler is now looking at developing the over 9 acre site for housing, restaurants and retail. Read more HERE
