After local tournament action, Bridgewater Little League announced that three local teams qualified and will be playing in the state tournaments this week...

- Major Softball reports to Bridgewater July 13 ⭐️🥎
- Minor Softball reports to Coeburn on July 14 ⭐️🥎
The Bridgewater Little League announced that they are also looking for cash and tangible donations to help with the trips:
"While heading to states is a HUGE blessing it is also expensive. The coaches and families will need to cover gas, hotel rooms, food, etc during each of the 5-7 day tournaments. BCLL assists these teams based on measures which align with Little League best practice. And while it’s generous, it is not enough. Each of the three teams has 13 players. We are not allowed by Little League rules to have a fundraiser but we can accept donations that will be evenly distributed amongst the four teams."
