Candi Royer's case was in front a grand jury Monday March 28th. Royer had cared for three-year old Khaleesi Cuthriell who was last seen by her family in early 2020 but wasn't reported missing until September 2020. Royer and her male friend Travis Brown were arrested in Pa in September 2020 after the child had been declared deceased. The child's body has not been found.
The case centers around deciding whether Royer should be indicted on felony child abuse. The grand jury decided to indict meeting on Monday.
According to online court scheduling, Royer's case will be in court on May 17th.
